Would it be possible to do one with just these things?:
- Increased visibility of warning signs. (Flares) - Increased visibility of traffic lights. (Flares) - New AI Vehicle Lights. - Changed all traffic and vehicle flares and improved.

Yes its possible to isolate these Files but its much work to do it, so i cant do it Sorry
