Please put all SCS files into your Mod folder in Your Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/Mods And please read again the load order list, all Mods are in the list. The Trailer Base Mod must be at first of all Trailer Mods. All other Trailer Mods can you put under the Trailer Base Mod.

Put the Trailer Mods under the other Trailer Mods.

But there are new files with version 1.43, but where do I put it?
